So confusing I just want to know

I had an early mc nearly 4 weeks ago. Hormones were normal and scan was clear all confirmed at the early pregnancy assessment unit. I tested for a week after all negative. I've been feeling really unwell took a frer faint positive then cb positive and four acutest (yes I'm a poas freak) the acutests look darker than my frer which was 3 days ago. The nurse at my docs said it's probably left over hcg from the mc (even though I was given the all clear) but told me not to drink alcohol and watch what I eat and retest in a month . Should I ask my doctor for advice or wait a month
