HELP! Should I do blood test today?

My doctor has ordered me to do blood work to help determine if there are any issues on why we aren't getting pregnant. Last month I got a positive ovulation test on day 18 of my cycle. She told me to go around that time again, which is tomorrow. Today I took two tests, this little guy and a Clear Blue digital (smiley or no smiley - no flashing) - this one appears positive to me, but the Clear Blue was negative (used the same urine, this one first, Clear Blue 4 min after collecting in a cup).

The lab is open today, but not tomorrow. I don't want to go too early, but I also don't want to wait for it to be too late on Monday.

Should I go today or wait until Monday?
