Any of you dealing with constipation with the GD diet? I've already struggled with constipation pre pregnancy and since going on the GD diet it's become unbearable!! I've tried Metamucil and various types of fiber addittions and it seems to make it worse. Also having 8-10 glasses of water a day - spending most of my time in the bathroom - but still super constipated. Anyone have any suggestions to help relieve constipation?
