Should breast tenderness vary??

Just got an official bfp ... breastplate been tender on and off. Never really completely gone but much less than a few days ago. Should I be concerned?? Also do you see line progression on any of these pics

Third pic walmart cheapie taken somewhere around 3-28 or 3- 29

Fourth pic walmart cheapie taken 4-1

Please any responses with opinions would be great. I did slightly cramp abdominal bleed only when I wiped on 3-28
