What does, "Standing Firm" mean to you?

I've been finding more and more Bible verses about standing firm. Just curious what that means to the Christian women on glow? How do you stand firm in your faith daily?

Not backing down on my beliefs even when I am in the minority.

To me it means that when you have the truth you can "stand firm" on it because you have a solid foundation.

Like the parable in the Bible about the wise builder. (Matthew 7:24-27)

Having conviction and not letting circumstances in our daily lives move our Faith. 😊

It means standing for holiness. Standing on gods word and not trying to fit in or compromise with what the world is doing.

It means standing firm on what the actual message of Christ was... Love, tolerance, and non judgment. It also means reminding fellow Christians God made everyone perfect, and it is not their place to question Him. (This is the main reason I discredit those who use the bible for bigotry. It directly contradicts His message.)
