Well personally i wouldnt have any to give.. but i could provide bank statements. I never spend that money. I feel once my sons 18, I'll turn it over to him for extra education or to help towards a car. I make enough to support him, but i feel its his fathers responsibility to at least provide him with something in his life.

No. My dad tried to fight my mom on his his 'child support' (100$ borrowed from his dad maybe once a month if that. and only for like a year) bc he claimed she was spendings it on her self. Half the time if child support is spent on anything other than the child it's bc the child support didn't come in time and money that was meant for other things had to be used for the child so the child support simply replaces the money already spent. There's absolutely no need to micromanage what a parent spends.

No. I think that child support is to contribute to the overall support of the child including general household bills etc.  It isn't just for buying clothes, shoes and paying for school trips etc.  The money goes into the household pot and then the custodial parent manages that pot to ensure bills are paid and the child is looked after. I would have serious concerns about a system that forced the custodial parent to show how they're spending the money or gave the parent paying support a say. I think some non custodial parents would use such a system to try to control and manipulate the other parent and cause a lot of stress. Some people get out of a marriage trying to escape that kind of behaviour and it would be wrong to then give their abuser an avenue to continue.

It depends on the situation. Like is the parent receiving the support a drug addict or alcoholic(possibly something that they would be using the money on instead of the child). Is the child obviously not being taken care of but the receiving parent buying other things that are luxuries for themselves. Those would be the only times i think it should be monitored. If the receiving parent is taking care of the child then there would be no reason to suspect where the money is going.

I'm very supportive of the restriction cards for child support, which seems easier than receipts that could be "lost" easily.

My dad dished out $800 a month to my mom (who didn't work and still lives off my step dads disability to pay bills) and the vast majority went to her. I got clothes once a year if I was lucky, had to postpone my braces "because she lost the check" several times (suddenly we would have a new car or something). Some times it went to bills like electric and water, which is reasonable, but then there's her nails, hoarding bs, hair perms, expensive craft projects for her Sunday school class no one asked her to do, new phones, etc. Meanwhile I lived on cheap junk food and had the same phone for years at a time. Fuck me if I broke it. Seriously, as soon as the world needs a example as to why we need something like this I will serve up my favorite cow on a silver platter.

I have a step daughter and my husband pays child support but I know for a fact despite the fact we have issues with her mother he wouldn't agree with this. As long as the child is being looked then it really isn't necessary.

That's seems a bit excessive. 
We would have to hire more people to track the receipts and make judgements on how the money was spend. Where would we get the money to hire hundreds of employees in each state to fill that job position? Raise taxes 😑
