Teething

My baby just reached three months old and she is already teething, and to make it worse the bottom two teeth are coming in at the same time. This is my first baby and I'm not sure what to do to help her. I've been using baby orajel, teething toys and infant Tylenol when absolutely necessary. She has been chewing on her finger (even biting to the point of making herself cry) and drooling like crazy. Most of the time comfort nursing or a bath seems to distract her from the pain but other times she will just scream and cry and there is no calming her down. Any ideas or suggestions on how to help my little baby?
