Can one get pregnant within the same cycle if they've had an emergency pill ?

It's quite silly but We had unprotected sex last week and then I panicked and took an emergency pill around the 52nd hour. Now we decided we should try to conceive and I will be ovulating this week. Do you think it's possible for me to get pregnant in this cycle ?

I also think you two should put a bit more thought into whether or not you're ready to start a family. A child is a lifetime commitment not an afterthought. I'm not trying to be rude but if you weren't ready last week perhaps you should wait a couple more months and make sure you don't change your mind again.

Everything is possible although I think the pill will mess up your hormones pretty much for this cycle and maybe the next. 
Maybe you should fist of all really really make a decision if you wanna have a baby or not at this point in time.
This decision is huge and shouldn't change within a week or a couple of days.
