31 weeks and dizzy and light headed :( ? What can I do?

I have eaten today and drank lots of water.. my heart becomes quick and I get light headed is this normal ?

It is probably nothing.
Palpitations are very common durring pregnancy. I have had them almost consistently since early in the second trimester.

I would suggest calling your doctor or midwife....they may suggest you go get checked out. But also say it is probably nothing...getting checked out will probably ease your worries at the least...and they may find something like a iron deficiencies, electrolyte imbalance or something easy to fix that may be causing them.
