12 DPO, bleeding, and BFN (TMI pic)

Hi everyone. I'm 12dpo today and experienced some bleeding (AF due in 2 days). I have had some cramps and soreness in my breasts for the past few days, but I took a PG test and it was a BFN 😔. Do you think this is implantation bleeding or more likely AF? 😣.

I've been so depressed about this. This was our first cycle TTC after the loss of our baby in February (second trimester loss). I just so badly want that BFP and to have a healthy pregnancy. The first time we conceived, we fell pregnant the first month of trying. I guess I might be unrealistic thinking it will always be that easy. 💔
