Daddy Issues?

My boyfriend and I were talking about our sexual fantasies the other day and I told him mine was a millitary man who was deployed and just got back and we have sex anywhere we can as fast as we can. Well he thought it was weird and told me I have "daddy issues" because I grew up in the millitary. It really offended me and kind of ruined the fantasy but is he right?
