I am only 3dpo but I have bad constipation and a belly ache! Could this be my first sign to a bfp!?

It sound like it could be a little early yet. 3dpo, your fertilized egg is still making its way to your uterus. In a few days it should implant and then possibly give you more to go on. You can try testing in about a week 😊
