First MC NEED help.

So Saturday I went to the bathroom because I was in terrible pain from what I thought was constipation, and when I pushed I peed straight blood and a clot. I haven't had bleeding since and I had blood work done this morning. I'm still waiting on result.

Rewind: last week I took a pregnancy test and it said 2-3 weeks. I took one today and it said 1-2, anyone ever had that very little of bleeding and still MC? I'm 4-5 weeks shouldn't I have more bleeding? When do they do a D&C? Could I still be pregnant and the test be wrong? 😔😔😔
