Shall i go to the doctors?!

After having 3 positive pregnancy tests last week, i have been getting negatives. Im not too sure what this means, my period has not come since the 25th feb! I have a docs app tomorrow, if i misscarried will they be able to let me know that i had an early misscarriage?  Or could i still be pregnant with very low hcg levels?
