This maybe gross to some people but for the last 3 years I've suffered with aniexty but managed it quite well. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it but I can't stop picking my lips they're sore and bleed most of the times. And not to mention look gross. As much as I know I'm doing it I can't stop 😢😢 I've tried to stop and tried to put lip balm on instead nothing seems to work. Has anyone had something similar or been through the same.. if so how did you stop or manage??
