5 months pregnant and traveling to Cancun

Has anyone been to Cancun recently, while pregnant? Trying to get as much information on the Zika virus as I possibly can. Can't believe that the WHOLE of Mexico would be infected with Zika for it to be ruled unsafe to travel. Mexico is a pretty darn big country and haven't really heard of anything re: the tourist areas
