Weight loss and no hunger. Should I worry?

I'm 12w 3d pregnant. Just found out I'm having a girl :) I'm not really showing. 
 But my hunger has died more and more as the weeks go by. I haven't gained any, just lost. Should I start worrying?

My midwife told me food is not essential for the baby but you must stay hydrated so try and drink as much as possible

I was at my second appt yesterday and lost 2 pounds since our first appt. Dr said its normal, blame the progesterone for lack of appetite and feeling full faster. I only take 2 bites of anything and I'm full! Don't worry :)

This is the exact same for me, but my dr said as long as when I eat it nurtrional it's fine and because I'm a little over weight it's okay to lose some weight
