Early pregnancy? Clomid side effects?

Hi everyone
I am 5 DPO and have very sore nipples, frequent urination, mild/consistent cramping, heavy breasts and constipation. Every time I look it up online my results show early pregnancy symptoms. I'm trying not to get excited, but it seems pretty promising. I'm on my first round of clomid.

Any thoughts?

Clomid side effect- sorry. I did 1 cycle of clomid that was a BFN and had those symptoms through the beginning of my next cycle.  You could still be pregnant,  but you won't be able to distinguish early pregnancy symptoms from the side effects of clomid.
