As long as you're cleaning them properly to avoid any exposure to anything that can cause an infection or the doctor has advised you to abstain from sex, sometimes that can be because orgasm can cause you to go into preterm labor if you already have issues. you should be fine but do discuss it with your doctor if you have any concerns
