Need advice please

I applied to a nursing program a month before finding out I'm pregnant. I'm due in the middle of November but the program won't end until April. I just found out I got accepted but I have no idea how I would be able to leave the baby with a sitter as soon as it's born (it's a five day a week program). I'm so excited to be pregnant because it's very hard for me to get and stay that way. But I'm also excited to be a nurse. I guess I'm just asking what you all would do. No hate please. I really don't need it. Thanks.
