They hurt so bad from time to time that they wake me up when I'm sleeping. I can feel my muscles "twisting" painfully throughout the day. I've had an ultrasound 3 weeks ago and baby looked good. Is it normal?

Also, I've had a yeast infection for 7 weeks straight....Rx strength hasn't gotten rid of it and 14 day treatment hasn't gotten rid of it. Just thought I'd mention it of it has anything to do with the pain.
