Just started watching Daredevil and just curious. Who is the best superhero and why?

In general, not specifically relating to Daredevil.. It's just what got my mind working this way :)

Hands down, without a doubt, Rogue IS the best superhero.

•She's been a political activist for mutant rights her entire comic book appearance.

•She's loyal to her team and leaders, but has never feared speaking her mind if she disagrees with them.

•She has to constantly keep herself in check, more so than most mutants* in regards to her powers. She has to always make sure she's never in contact with anyone, and she has to check her mental state in check too to avoid having any episodes where other psyches take over her mind. In that respect, she is continuously a very strong character. *Storm comes to mind, as she must always be in control of her emotions as they reflect in the weather.

•She has shown to have great leadership and co-leadership skills when given the chance. She often uses unique approaches to problems that the usual leader (Cyclops for instance) doesn't see.

•She has singlehandedly defeated the Avengers twice.
