I would say yes. Mine have never been darker than that. This was positive for me. It was the same during my December cycle, and I did get pregnant that cycle so I know I did ovulate. I'm currently in my TWW for my rainbow so fingers crossed!

This is today's ovulation test so yes, yours could be a positive for ovulation because mine was.

Mine looked like yours (the bottom one) the second line was just slightly lighter but that's the darkest it got (I took that pic the other day). The top one was the day before and I'll post a picture of today's.
