Twinges ?

I'm having twinges in my lower left abdomen. It's been off and on all day. And sometimes it'll go to my right side. But usually it stays on my left side. I'm currently 10 dpo, what could I be?

I am having the same but i am 11dpo and my twinges are on the right with the occasional on the left. 
Here is hoping it is implantation!
