Disowning your children

People who aren't meant to be parents do this. Under what circumstances is it okay to ever do this?? In my opinion there are none. And screw the person who tries to control you even after this. If you even threaten disownment you dont deserve to be called a parent.

Personal experience..

My dad is one of those "holier than thou" people. Who thinks anyone with a different opinion than his is irrelevant or ill-informed. I was threatened with disownment twice. Once, for if I was ever with someone of a different race, and again for if I ever got a tattoo. Because of this I have lost all respect for him. I would hope no one else would make his same mistake
