Did they get the gender wrong on your baby?

An acquaintance of mine on facebook had a baby but instead of the baby being a girl when it was born like they thought, it was a boy. The tech got it wrong!  I couldn't imagine having everything set up for a little girl and come home with a baby boy or vice versa.  I wonder if this happens more than we realize. Has this ever happened to you or someone you know? Comment below!

This has happened to an acquaintance before. They told her she was having a boy, so it was surprising when she gave birth to a baby girl. For this reason, I will probably be doubting the gender of my child until I give birth. Haha.

They were correct for my first but I was skeptical. I got a late ultrasound because she was breach and made them double check. It was and is still a girl!!

When my mom was pregnant with my brother they kept tell her it was a girl and at the last ultrasound said I hope you didn't buy girl stuff because it's a boy and then with me they told me I was boy ! And I'm obviously a girl 😂😂. And my doctor even said that the ultrasound gender can be wrong .  That's why I'm getting the blood test ..

My mom's was wrong, but I was told by my doctor is about one out of every 200 (if not lower odds) as long as you are going to a reputable place with a good ultrasound machine.
