When baby moved I feel pressure in my butt, 36W/5D. Could baby be coming soon?

I've been getting short but intense cramp like feelings out of no where, and noticed when I feel baby move I also feel pressure in my butt. Baby is dropped and has been for about 2weeks. Going to get check Thursday to see if I'm dilated yet.
