Should I skip the period pills?

So I take Ortho tricyclene to prevent migraines. As well as other reasons. But I get like depressed and also get super horrible migraines when I'm on my period because of the lack of hormones during that week. Should I just skip the sugar pills? Will it prevent me from ever having a period? I'm scared to skip the sugar pills because then If I get pregnant I won't know cuz I never have my period! What should I do? Skip them or no?

Honestly I thought the same thing, but eventually you do have to have your period. Preventing it from coming can lead to very risky and dangerous blood clots. But skipping one every few months won't hurt, it'll just be a lot heavier than normal

You can skip your break week if you feel like it's best for you, but make sure not to do it all too often.
