I typically feel a bit of ovulation pain but after having an HSG four days ago and now in the beginning of my fertile window, I feel AF-style cramps. The discomfort from my HSG was gone by Saturday night which is what makes me think it's ovulation. I'm trying not to use OPK this month - I'm traveling on Friday and I don't want to feel disappointed if I don't hit peak ovulation by then. Thoughts? What was your fertile window/ovulation like immediately following your HSG? Thanks, ladies!
