I got af today and my breasts are still tender

I know I'm not pregnant but my breasts are still tender. Got af today. I feel it on the sides and in center. As I'm texting this, I feel the tenderness everywhere, even my nipples. Never experienced this before. Any other ladies experienced this? Just so odd...
