how to make your baby come faster?!

I want this child outtttt already. I'm so ready to meet her! what can I do to speed up the labor process a little? I heard walking can do the trick or drinking vinegar (something with vinegar I don't remember what its called).

If you aren't at least 37 weeks, I strongly recommend not trying to induce your labor. Believe me, I'm beyond sick of being pregnant, but baby needs to stay in until he/she is ready or its medically necessary for him to come out.

I'm not trying to be bitchy to the women on here saying not to do any of these things before a certain number of weeks, but having sex and eating spicy foods and walking is not going to do anything before baby is ready to come out anyway. Maybe baby is ready at 36 weeks? Maybe baby is ready at 39 weeks? Am I just supposed to stop living at X amount of weeks because the things I've been doing for months may send me into labor? It doesn't make any sense.

What I'm trying to say is, if you want to try and see if your body is ready to start laboring, more power to you.

Your baby really needs to stay inside you as long as possible if you really want it to be as healthy as possible. Believe me, I'm just as tired of being pregnant as anyone else here, but physically trying to induce labor without medical necessity is just selfish and irresponsible. Hopefully you'll read this and think twice about trying to make baby come any earlier than they should.

SEX!!! Sperm has prostaglandins that will help you dilate, which can help start contractions, and also help break your water! That's how I got my second here at 38 weeks. My first was almost 10 lbs and my second was measuring big also so we wanted to get him here early. I sat and rocked/bounced on the yoga ball as much as I could and had sex as much as I could. I went through 1 week of misery and lots of contractions before my water broke but I know it was the sex because every time we did I would go through contractions. And once my water did break it was right after we had sex, I went downstairs to start dinner and it broke all over the place lol. Planning to do the same this time after I reach full term.

I ate two spicy Jamaican patties yesterday and OMG did it give me painful bh. So I can only imagine if I ate a lot of spice I probably would have went into labor. I'm going to try the pineapple method this week coupled with kiwi and mango. I'm 37 weeks and so over this OMG 😩

Having sex (semen helps dissolve the mucus membrane,) walking, drinking raspberry leaf tea (7-8 cups a day, I think.)
