Has anybody experience this before

Have anybody ever experienced a numb toe from wearing tight shoes all day my type of work I'm on my feet all day with residents and it's been like 4 or 5 days now I've switched shoes and everything if u had this did it gradually go away and how long did it last it's not fun feeling it's just my index toe or toe next to big toe I should say  it's seeming like it wanna get better but idk
