Hey ladies ,
So I'm 35 + 5 and for the past 3 days now I have been experiencing period like pains in my abdominal area and lower back.
Nothing crazy as to where I'm in tears or anything, but they can be pretty painful at times. Bubs is still moving non stop so I'm not stressing myself out about him at all just wanting abit of info on what I may be experiencing at the moment.
(This is some pretty personal info)
I'm also experiencing damp undies , no blood and it's not discharge it's almost as if it's just water, not a lot but definitely enough for me to be able to actually feel it. Is this also common and what could it most likely be ?
