How does the ramzi theory work? & has it been accurate for anyone?

Wasn't accurate for me... I asked a so-called ramzi professional about my ultrasound a while back and they predicted boy but I'm having a girl. I think it's all bogus and the only reason some people say it works is because the odds of being right are 50/50
