1st you would of had to ovulate during your period. Also the egg is fertilized in the fallopian tube and takes about 6 days to actually implant into the uterus. So, even if you ovulated on the first day you started bleeding (very unlikely) and had sex that same day, it would still take 6 days to implant. Also, the lining of the uterus would not be built up enough to implant into. After your period, the endometrium (lining of the uterus) is very thin. It builds up over a few weeks (usually) so that it is thick enough for implantation.
If you had sex early on in your period and ovulated a few days later you could still be pregnant I'm theory because sperm can live for a few days waiting in the tunes. However, it would still take 6 days to implant and by then I assume your period would have ended anyway. Unless you have a period that lasts longer than 7 days.
