Hey ladies. I had my Mirena in for 4 months and got it out in January. I have already had 2 periods with normal cycles. I'm TTC. I'm 15 days late on AF I took a test last week it was a VERY faint positive. I've had all the symptoms from sore nipples to headaches to nausea to mood swings. But today I had bright pink spotting ONLY WHEN I WIPE. (btw my son is almost 8 months this is TTC baby #2) Help please.
