I had my 1st appt today with this pregnancy and got a HUGE double blessing!! I'm excited and scared lol my husband and I have a daughter she will be 3 in 2weeks! MY husband doesn't know about our twins yet..any ideas on how to surprise him? :) ♡♡♡
