How much did BC change your period?🔴

I have regular 3-4 day periods, im about to try birth control in a couple of weeks. Im getting on birth control because I'm in a relationship, but I never thought about how it would affect my period? How much did it change some of you ladies periods? A lot or none at all! I would love to know!

before I started birth control my periods were 7-10 days long and SUPERRR heavy, like fainting and  bleeding through S+ tampons in an hour heavy...but once I started birth control my periods were only 3-5 days and were super light. now I'm off birth control and they're 7 days but super light.

It makes period shorter and to me I didn't have cramps, it was better to me but what it was not good is can generate hormones disorders which alterate your natural lubrication you finish with dryness

It made my periods 4-5 days instead of 5-6. They were lighter with no blood clots and I had next to no cramping.

I got the depo just over 6 weeks ago and got my first period today. But I did only have the one shot so not sure if that made any difference.

I got on in right after the shot. Like when I was went in to change my method he called in my prescription. I started taking it that next Sunday and I didn't have a period on the shot so mine didn't change. I get my period the second or third day of the brown pills
