My son is 4 months and I'm definitely not back at my prepregnancy weight yet, everyone is different. I've lost 41 pounds but still have 37 to go. I still have a little pudge tummy that sticks out too, reminds me of what my stomach looked like at 4-5 months preg when I first had a little bump. I just joined crossfit though and I am hoping it helps. Good luck!

Embarrassing photo, but this was 12 hours after birth. I looked huge! I gained 35 pounds throughout my pregnancy. And only lost 15. Feeling depressed because it's been 3 months and it still hurts my incision when I attempt to workout.

If anyone is following this post I finally went to the doctor. She said I do have a lil abs separatation but it's only 2 fingers apart, which I guess it's normal. Turns out I'm just fat... I'm using food as a coping mechanism because I'm depressed.
