Late period spotting nausea and negative pregnancy test

I had unprotected sex with my ex in January it was my first time and I bled heavily. I've missed two periods and I've taken a pregnancy test and it was negative. A few days ago I started to spot, I've had cramps and I've been feeling nauseous for a few days now. What do I do? Please help X
