Unprotected sex and birth control.

I had the bar in my arm which is the nexplanon, I had it for 2 years and had it taken out last year in like June. Well I started having a regular period at the beginning of Decemeber. So than I chose the pill but only took 2 and haven't taken them since. I had unprotected sex and he nutted inside on March 21,2016 and the 22 and 23. So than my period came the 24-29 of March. Well my period like was heavy than all of a sudden it was so light in the middle until the end. So on the last day of my monthly the 29 I wasn't bleeding so we did it and he nutted again in me. Well I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it came back negative. What should I do? Wait and take another one when?? Help me
