Calling all Vegetarians and Vegans! I need your recipes!

Cake • It's called the American dream because you have to be asleep to believe it.
I've been trying so hard to lose weight with zero success. I've been running 3 times a week (training for a 5k!) and I'm doing strength building exercises in order to prepare for learning parkour and (eventually) sword fighting.

But I haven't been able to lose a single pound in the two months I've been doing this! Not one!!

I'm convinced it's because of my diet. The past two months I've severely cut back on junk food, most meats, I've completely cut out soda (I drink mostly water and sometimes tea) and I've switched to healthy snack foods like peanuts, avocados, bananas and pretzels (I crave these things). And even though I cook my own vegetarian and vegan meals on my days off, I don't have time to cook those things on the days I work. And even though I try my best to make better eating choices at take out restaurants (grilled chicken sandwich instead of a double cheese burger and white rice and veggies instead of fried rice and shit tons of meat), I know I can do better.

So I'd like to know your quick and easy to make recipes for days when you just don't have time to cook :D preferably recipes without soy, as I'm allergic. What recipes do you love?
