Back contractions?!

Mrs • Tue, Apr 05 • Mother to a beautiful 3 year old baby girl, wife to an amazing man, ectopic pregnancy 1/23/19 and our 🌈🌈🌈🌈 baby boy arrived 3/4/2020

Has anyone experienced back contractions? I think I had two within the last couple of hours lasting 20-30 seconds. My lower to mid back started throbbing and I couldn't move 😥😥 #36WeeksOnThursday#FTM
