I am one of the many I'm sure that are struggling with low milk supply. I have been taking the milk flow for two days now and have seen a slight increase. I was only able to pump 1oz between feedings and now have been able to get 3oz I just received the mother's milk tea and am going to start drinking it tonight but it had amazing reviews. The extra fenugreek is to replace the milkflow once I run out bc it is a bit pricey. I just thought I would share bc I know there are so many of us trying to increase our supply. I got the best prices from vitacost.com the teas were just under $4 a box and the vitamin were about the same. Just thought I would share.
