Weird symptom during TWW. Sweaty nipples?

Okay so I'm sorry if this is TMI, but for the past two days, when I've taken my bra off at the end of the day, my nipples, and only my nipples, have been sweaty...or tacky feeing? It's really bizarre. I'm in the TWW, cycle day 26, and 10 DPO.
