Swollen feet after c-section

I had a c-section on March 30th and developed massive blood clots in my uterus so that night I had to have a D&C and lost 2,300cc of blood. They gave me massive amounts of fluid and antibiotics. I also had a blood transfusion due to all of the blood I lost. Baby Ava and I are perfectly fine but I am having a huge amount of swelling in my feet! Anyone else have swollen feet after delivery? How long did it last and what helped out?
