What are you using for birth control?

I have heard that the mini pill dries you up? I was planning on using that but now I'm terrified of that happening!

I went with the nextplanon. The mini pill was reccomended, but I'm far too forgetful for that. My son is EBF and 2.5m I've had the iud, I haven't had any supply issues. But everyone is different keep in mind.

I used the mini pill.  No problems with low supply.  I topped out around 38 oz at about 6 months.  On the mini pill since the six week visit.

Allergy medicine at 11 months pp cut my supply in half.  So, be careful there.  (I was on Flonase.)

The mini pill won't dry you up... It's the one actually prescribed more so for breastfeeding mothers but you have to religiously take it at the exact same time everyday. I don't take birth controls, but we use natural family planning. Which is where you chart and know you're cycle

Mini pill is low in hormones I believe. I've got the mirena- had it put in at 6 weeks and my supply has been fine. He's 6 months old.

All hormonal birth control methods can influence your supply and since I don't want to risk that, we'll use condoms for the time being.
