I have SPOTS!!!!

Currently 10 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby and I have so many spots! My face and top of my back are covered in them, I never get spots apart from 1 on my cheek when I'm ill. Never had it with my girls and my sex drive is through the roof (not that my Boyf is complaining). Totally different symptoms this time too no morning sickness just mild headaches and a little more tired than usual. Anyone else's pregnancy completely different?
