We all know that all pregnancies are different, so what's so different about this one from the others?

On the flip side, what seems to be consistent for all of your pregnancies?

This is my fourth, and what's different about this one is the strong urge for sweets and spicy foods! What's the same, my tomato craving. Anything made with tomatoes like spaghetti, pizza, ketchup, LOVED IT all 4 pregnancies. For one pregnancy that's all that I could eat. Lol
