I thought baby acne but now not sure. I know some bumps are acne but there are super tiny bumps all over his face and head and now yellow crust near eyebrow. Thoughts? My two daughters never had anything like this, just the regular baby acne.

Dermatitis. I finally cleared my girls face up with aquaphor baby wash and then coconut oil (from the grocery store) after the shower. She has perfectly clear skin now.

Eczema?  Use aveno (miss spelled) also make sure all wash and lotion are unscented.  Aveno has wash,night time wash,and lotions.

My LO had baby acne as well. A friend said it's mostly with little boys. I'm not sure why. My guess would be hormones since I breastfeed some. I really do not know.

My baby had this. The rash spread. (Turned out to just be a newborn rash, from clothes. I put 1 unwashed outfit on her and it became my worst mistake ) she also had yellow crust starting on her eyebrows. I believe that's cradle cap on the face.

I applied olive oil for 3 days, and peeled some of it off. Then I read olive oil is really bad for their skin. Went to doctors for her rash and doctor said to use corn starch. So I figured I'd put it on the crusted part as well.

At night I bathe her with oatmeal water, mix corn starch with a little bit of water, use a cotton ball and apply it all over the rash, and yellow crusted area.

In the morning I'd peal off the crusts (gently) and then wash her face and head. And apply coconut oil. 2days later. Her yellow crust are gone. (It spread down 1 cheek and on both ears)

She's healed. Last picture is her today. First picture was the start of it. Middle picture was 3 days ago. At its worst.

He's exclusively breastfed and doesn't seem excessively fussy. I've been washing him with Aveeno baby, maybe that's it.

Maybe his skin is sensitive to either a body wash or maybe his formula could be it. Is he extremely fussy or any weird behavior?
